Most first-year students are housed in double, gender-specific rooms. Both co-ed and all-female buildings are available, although the majority of buildings are co-ed.
Themed Community options include: Alcohol-Free, All Female, Quiet.
Living Learning Communities include: Change Makers, Creative Expressions, eSports and Gaming, Global Perspectives, Health & Wellness, Innovation & Society, Leaders & Influencers, Outdoor Leadership, Women in Leadership, and Timeless.
Every residence has secured entrances (that require a key card for entry, specific to the given building) and every residence room has its own secure lock.
Every student in residence is provided with their own internet connection.
Our campus is smoke-free.
The admission average required for guaranteed residence is reviewed annually and will be confirmed in early 2019. Guaranteed residence status is determined by academic performance (provided the deposit and residence application are received by the June 3 deadline). A wait list is established for those below the cut-off mark.
Declining balance system with minimum, light, regular and varsity options ($4,355 – $4,955). Meal plans are required for all students in residence. Students living in the Bates or Mary E. Keyes buildings have the option of selecting a reduced meal plan ($2,995 – $3,595).
