Residences and Meal Plans
Single style: $7,396 per year (fall/winter semesters)

As a first-time resident, your room will be single style. You can choose from themed floors, such as co-ed and extended study.
These private rooms provide your own space while still encouraging friendships and connections in this community-living environment. With the traditional, single-style room you will have access to centrally located washrooms and lounges.
Community kitchens that can be used for group cooking, an exercise room, recreational space, a dining hall and laundry facilities are all available to you.
Single-style residence rooms – what’s included:
- Single bed
- Wardrobe or closet with a small dresser
- Desk with chair
- Air conditioning and heating unit
- Common area lounges with cable
- Wi-Fi in all rooms

Residence is not guaranteed. You can apply for residence only once you have received an offer of admission. Residence operates on a first-come, first-served basis; therefore, you are encouraged to apply as soon as you receive an offer of admission.
The deadline to apply is June 1, 2023.
A deposit is not required with the residence application; however, a mandatory and non-refundable $500 deposit will be billed to your student account 1 week following the June 1, 2023, deadline.
Dining plans are required if you live in residence, and you can use your plan at food service outlets across campus.
You can select from 3 dining plan sizes to accommodate your appetite:
- Option 1: $2,350 (Regular) per academic year
- Option 2: $2,850 (Medium) per academic year
- Option 3: $3,400 (Large) per academic year

Fall Entry Application Dates
For September 2023 entry, residence applications can be submitted online beginning February 1, 2023, but you must have an offer of admission to apply for residence. The deadline for applications for September, is June 1, 2023.
